The transportation cost will be calculated by the system on the basis of the weight to volume ratio of the ordered items and we therefore recommend that you group your items
together in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately.
Delivery times of the ordered goods vary according to the order placed by the customer (e.g. whether or not the goods are available c/o the manufacturer) and the methods of delivery
required for the same. The times for delivery are given purely as an indication and under no
circumstances are binding on Gr1ps S.r.l. Goods are generally dispatched within 3 business
days after receiving payment.
Here is the calculation that we apply:
Availability + Transportation Times = Total Delivery Time
Gr1ps S.r.l. uses whichever UPS courier offers the best service to cost ratio for the
destination in question: this means that we can offer customers the best combination of
shipping service and relative cost.
Orders made from December 22nd to December 27th will be processed on December 28th.
Orders made from December 28th to January 2nd will be processed on January 3rd.
Orders made from January 3rd to January 7th will be processed on January 8th
Receipt Of Goods
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must check: that the number of delivered packs corresponds to the number indicated on the
transport document, and that the packaging, including the tape, is undamaged and intact.
In the event of tampering or breakage, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment
or delivery by writing “GOODS ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION DUE TO...”(give the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
The customer must then report any damage within 3 days after receiving the goods in
accordance with the methods specified by the operator that has made the shipment.
If the courier/carrier returns the goods to Gr1ps S.r.l. due to an incorrect address supplied by
the customer or due to expiry of period of retention in the courier/carrier’s warehouse, or
due to any other reason attributable to the customer’s negligence, a new shipment will be
possible upon advance payment of the same through a link, which will be provided at the
time to the customer, alternatively through credit transfer or paypal.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment or at pre-arranged times or days

Checking Shipment Status
The status of any shipment can be followed online through the tracking number, which the system sends to the customer’s email address once the shipment has departed, and which
contains information on the carrier being used, the shipment code and instructions on how to actually track your shipment.
